Contributed computing resources to global research projects via BOINC’s Science United platform, supporting areas such as biomedical research, climate modeling, and fundamental physics.

Assisted the ACM SIGHPC student chapter with campus outreach and community events; served as a student volunteer at the SC conference.

Placed 6th globally at SC23 after tuning HPL and HPCG on Intel MAX 9480 CPUs and NVIDIA A100 GPUs, reaching 150 GFlops on a CPU node and 50 TFlops on a four-GPU node. Co-optimized cooling and energy-aware scheduling to keep energy use below 98% of the competition baseline.

Selected for Uber Career Prep 2023 (~4% acceptance rate); completed six months of software engineering training and 14 one-on-one coaching sessions with senior engineers, including work on an inclusive-design product requirements document.
